Reservations must be made a minimum of 3 days in advance for returning customers and 7 days in advance for new customer. However, emergencies and last minute trips do arise and we will do our best to accommodate those requests.
Payment. We accept several forms of payment, including: checks, cash, and all major credit cards. If paying by credit card, please inform us when you make your reservation. An invoice will be sent by email and credit card payment will be processed through Google Checkout or Pay Pal. Instructions will accompany the payment request. Checks should be left on the kitchen counter.
Cancellations: Cancellations for pet sitting visits must be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to scheduled service. You will be charged for any scheduled visits that fall within a 24 hour period of cancellation. Dog walking customers may cancel anytime prior to service, including the day of service. Provided we have not shown up at your home, your dog walking visit will be credited to another day.
Sick pets should be under the supervision of a professional veterinarian. We will not schedule visits to pets who are known to be ill; however, we will gladly provide service to pets who simply require medication or have special requirements, such as elderly pets.
Keys: We will collect a set of keys from you. We prefer to retain your keys on file for future services or those last minute needs you may have; however, in the event you want your keys returned an additional $5 pick up/drop off fee will apply. We will not leave your key inside your home, in case you are delayed in returning and your pet needs more care.
